# Administrator

The Administrator persona is responsible for setting up and maintaining the master configurations, SLA policies, notifications, and other service request-related rules that dictate how Service Requests (SRs) are processed across the platform. Their configuration decisions ensure alignment with organizational policies, optimize service delivery timelines, and maintain compliance and consistency.
