# Deallocate Licenses

The **Deallocated License List** page provides a centralized view of all licenses that have been deallocated, allowing users to review historical license assignments and export the data to an Excel sheet for reporting and audit purposes.

It is helpful to track deallocated licenses and export the records to Excel for analysis, reconciliation, or compliance audits.

To deallocate licenses, perform the following steps:

1. Select **Admin** > **Advanced** > **Discovery & Monitoring** > **Deallocate Licenses**. The **Deallocate Licenses List** page is displayed.

4. Click **Export Deallocated Licenses** on the right action panel. All of the deallocated licenses displayed on the list page gets exported to the excel sheet.
