# Discovered Asset Details Report

The Discovered Asset Details Report provides a tabular view of all assets identified during the discovery process. The report includes details such as the tenant/department, scan type, scan name, IP address, and other relevant information that helps administrators track and manage discovered assets effectively.

To access Discovered Asset Details Report, perform the following steps:

4. Click the vertical ellipse ![](https://cdn.document360.io/62351b42-cfbd-43ad-8ce1-82b8f455337f/Images/Documentation/vertical ellipse(1).png) on the **Discovered Asset Details Report** in the Discovery Insights Dashboard page. 5. Select **Enter fullscreen** to view the report. ### Field Description

The following table describes the options on the report in the Dashboard.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Force Refresh | Select Force Refresh option to refresh the report. |
| Enter fullscreen | Select Enter fullscreen to view the report in a full screen mode. |
| View query | Select View query to view the report query in a popup. |
| View as table | Select View as table to view the query in a tabular format. |
| Drill to detail | Select Drill to detail to view the details at the ID level. |
| Share | Click Share and select the below option: - Copy permalink to clipboard - Share chart by email |
| Download | Click Download to export the Report to Excel or save as Image. |
