# Edit Service Catalog

You can view the list of Service Catalogs configured for a Category and Sub-category under a selected Tenant. If the status of the Service Catalog is Maintenance, you can modify the Service Catalog details.

To edit Service Catalog, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Catalog** > **User** > **Edit Service Catalog**.

3. Click **ID** hyperlink of the Service Catalog to edit.
4. On the **APPROVE SERVICE CATALOG** page, the details of the selected Service Catalog is displayed. For more information about the fields on the **APPROVE SERVICE CATALOG** page see, [Approving and Publishing Service Catalogs](/apex/docs/approve-service-catalog).

  - If the status of the Service Catalog is Maintenance, you cannot make any changes on this page. Click the **EDIT CATALOG** icon on the **ACTIONS** panel to update the Service Catalog details. The **FORM BUILDER** page is displayed. Make the appropriate changes and click **SUBMIT**. For information about the various fields on the **FORM BUILDER** page, see [Creating Service Catalogs](/apex/docs/create-service-catalog).

> Note
> 
> The Service Catalog Items, which are in Maintenance status are not available to the End Users while logging Service Requests.
> 
> If the status of the Service Catalog is anything other than Maintenance, you can change the **Approval Status**. You can select or clear the **Enable Service Request** check box and make selections for **Available Locations**, **Applicable Customers**, **Applicable User Level**, and **Applicable User Type**. You can select or clear the **Enable Service Entitlement** check box and make selections for **Entitle Locations**, **Entitle Customers**, **Entitle User Level**, and **Entitle User Type**.

### **ACTIONS**

This section explains all the icons on the **ACTIONS** panel of the **SERVICE CATALOG LIST** page.

#### **Filters**

Click the **Filters** icon to specify the filter to display the service catalogs. On clicking the **Filters** icon, the **FILTERS** pop-up page is displayed. Specify the filter options and click **SUBMIT.**

#### **ADD NEW**
