# Exporting Assets to Excel

You can export the Assets to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

**To export the Assets, perform the following steps**:

1. Select **Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory**.

2. On the **ASSET INVENTORY** page under the **SELECT THE ASSET TYPE** section, click **FIXED**.

3. On the **FIXED ASSET** page, the **FILTERS** pop-up page is displayed. Select the required filter criteria and click **SUBMIT.**

4. Select the check box corresponding to the Assets that you want to export. On the **ACTIONS** panel, click **EXPORT TO EXCEL** or **EXPORT ALL**.

> To export the records displayed on this page, click **EXPORT TO EXCEL**. To export all the records, click **EXPORT ALL**.
