# License Usage

The **License Usage** page displays the number of Licenses purchased.

To view the License Usage, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Admin** > **License** > **License Usage**. The **License Usage** page is displayed.
2. To view the Licenses available for any Module, select **Features** from the drop-down list.
3. Select the **Edition** from the drop-down list. The following details are displayed:·

- Validity of the Licenses
- List of features
- Total number of Purchased Licenses
- Total number of Consumed Licenses
- Total number of Available Licenses

#### Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the **License Usage** page:

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **All Editions** |
| Feature | Displays the particular feature names of the application purchased by the organization. |
| Purchased | Displays the number of license are purchased for a feature of the application. |
| Consumed | Displays the number of license consumed of the particular feature. |
| Available | Displays the number of available license of the particular feature. |

The **Addons** Type is available in the **Service Management** module which displays all the features available in the following licenses:

- Express
- Business
- Enterprise

> 
> - The Orchestration displays the details in grid view. For example; the Execution Pack Orchestration displays the number of count of Purchased, Consumed, and Available.
> - During non-functional of the API, only purchase count is visible in the grid view. The Consumed and Available counts appear blank.

## Service Automation License Usage

License usage for service automation is integrated within the Admin console of the application. Like any other module, License usage for Service Automation is monitored on the license usage page.

To view Service Automation License Usage, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Admin** > **License** > **License Usage**.
2. In the Service Automation section, select **Features** from **Type** and **Service Automation Engine** from the **Edition** dropdowns respectively. | **Column Header** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Feature** | The name of the feature or entitlement associated with the license (example: Default pack, Add‑on Packs). |
| **License Type** | Specifies the category or type of license that the feature belongs to (example: Workflow or Execution based license). |
| **Purchased** | Total number of licenses or units that have been bought by the organization for that specific feature. |
| **Consumed** | Number of licenses or units already used or allocated. |
| **Available** | Number of remaining licenses or units that are still unused. Calculated as **Purchased – Consumed**. |
