Instead of hardcoding values in workflows, administrators can configure source‑to‑target mappings once and reuse them across flows. This streamlines data transformation, ensures consistency, and simplifies integration maintenance. #### Benefits - Simplifies data mapping across different applications using reusable lookup values. - Ensures consistent data transformation by centralizing mapping logic across integration flows. - Centralizes value mappings in a single location. #### Configure Lookup Tables To configure **Lookup Tables**, perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to **Integration Platform** > **Lookup Tables**. The **Lookup Tables** list page is displayed. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/62351b42-cfbd-43ad-8ce1-82b8f455337f/Images/Documentation/image-OBHWKQ7F.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T16%3A22%3A04Z&se=2026-11-07T17%3A22%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=tn1KCxkr3KUw7kfai%2F0iW%2B5Jl3xgnaN8Da7eE6Ru%2F78%3D) Figure: Lookup Tables - List 2. When an incident is created in ServiceNow, the integration flow automatically applies these mappings before creating the corresponding incident in Apex. To Configure Lookup Table in Integration, perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to Integrations and create a New Integration for mapping. The Designer Canvas is displayed. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/62351b42-cfbd-43ad-8ce1-82b8f455337f/Images/Documentation/image-4PSFXYW8.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-07T16%3A22%3A04Z&se=2026-11-07T17%3A22%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=tn1KCxkr3KUw7kfai%2F0iW%2B5Jl3xgnaN8Da7eE6Ru%2F78%3D) Figure: Designer Canvas 2.
