# Maker Checker Summary Report

Provides a category-wise and store-wise overview of assets awaiting approval, enabling teams to quickly identify where approvals are pending and prioritize action.

**Usage**

- Helps teams identify categories and stores with the highest pending approvals
- Improves visibility into approval bottlenecks across locations

**Example**

A regional asset manager reviews the report and finds that a large number of desktop requests in one store are pending approval. The manager contacts the responsible approver, who clears the backlog the same day.

The desktops are issued on time, preventing employee onboarding delays and ensuring smooth store operations.

**Steps:**

To view the **Maker Checker Summary Report**, perform the following steps:

It displays 50 entries per page and you can search the required asset using the Search text box. The following table describes the column displayed on the **Maker Checker Summary** **Report**.

| Column Name | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Category | Displays the Asset category to which the requests or transactions belong. |
| Store | Displays store or location where the assets or requests originate. |
| Pending Count | Displays the number of items awaiting checker review or approval. |
| Approved Count | Displays the number of items reviewed and approved by the checker. |
| Referred Back Count | Displays the number of items returned to the maker for correction or additional information |

You can perform the following actions on the Report.

| **Icons** | **Action** |
| --- | --- |
| Force refresh | Ensures that **the most up-to-date values** are displayed. |
| Enter fullscreen | Displays the Report in full screen for better visibility and presentation. |
| View query | To view the actual query which is used to run the report. |

### Filters

Use the filters such as Tenant, Store, and Approval Status to the display the filtered data on the Report as per your requirement.
