# Master Configuration

To configure the conference call feature, the User needs to set the Master values. The User can configure a set of common values for conference calls.

To add Master Configuration, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Admin > Notifications > General > Master Configuration**. The **Master Configuration** page is displayed.

##### Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the **Master Configuration** page:

| **Fields** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Voice Type | Select Man, Woman or Alice as the voice type. |
| Language | Select the language from the drop-down list. |
| Welcome Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate on connecting the call. |
| Validation Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate, if the participant tries to join an outdated conference call. |
| No Input Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate when no input is provided by the participant. |

#### Actions

This section explains all the icons displayed on the right **Actions** panel of the **Master Configuration** page.

**Show List**

Click **Show List** to display the **List** table showing all the configured Conference Calls for the selected Module and Department.
