# My Entitlements

You can view the Services you are entitled for. You can log a Service Request to request for a Service Entitlement. The Service Entitlements do not need approvals.

To view Services, perform the following steps:

1. On the **USER DASHBOARD** (**Dashboard** menu) tab, click the **MY ENTITLEMENTS** tile under **OTHERS** section.

1. On the **My Entitlements** page, the available entitled Services are displayed under **ENTITLED SERVICE** section. The Services availed by you are displayed under the **AVAILED SERVICE** section.

### To avail Services, perform the following steps:

1. On the **My Entitlements** page, under the **ENTITLED SERVICE** section, click the Service you want to avail.
2. The **LOG SERVICE REQUEST** page is displayed with the details about the selected service. Fill in the required details and click **Submit**. No approval is required as this is an entitled Service.

#### ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the **ACTIONS** panel.

##### Filters

Click the **Filters** icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the entitled and availed Services. On clicking the **Filters** icon, the **FILTERS** pop-up page is displayed. Select the **Tenant** for which you want to view the Services. Click **SUBMIT**.

Click **SUPPORT DOCUMENTS** to view the documents related to the selected Service.
