# Overview

Welcome to the Integration Hub in Apex 2 – your one-stop shop for connecting Apex 2 with other apps, tools, and data sources without the efforts of custom coding. Relate Integration Hub to a universal adapter that plugs everything together, letting your team focus on what matters in order to get results.

Integration Hub is a built-in feature of the Apex 2 application within the SymphonyAI Apex Platform. It's designed to automate and streamline how Apex 2 talks to external systems – whether that's pulling in customer data from a CRM, syncing reports with a dashboard tool, or triggering actions in third-party services.

Integration hub is an API-based integration across third-party platforms for Data Ingestion for Users, Incidents, Monitoring, and Assets etc.
