# Procured License Report

The Procured Licenses Report displays the count of procured licenses for a selected Tenant. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.

****Additional Information****

This report provides you the clear understanding of the procured licenses regardless of vendors. It leads to the streamlined experience in allocating the software as Procured License count tells how many licenses you own. It will also help you to avoid any sort of non-compliance issues or any other common pitfalls.

**Steps to Access Report**

To view the Procured License report, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Reports** > **Asset Management.** The Dashboards window opens in a new tab

2. Users are able to Filter the dashboards list by:
  1. Name – Search dashboards by name.
  2. Status – Filter by status (e.g., Published, Draft).
  3. Tag – Narrow results using tags (Asset Management).
  4. Favorite – Filter only favorite dashboards.
  5. Certified – Filter by certification status.
  6. Modified by – Show dashboards modified by a specific user.
3. Each Dashboard entry contains the following columns:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Name | Title of the dashboard |
| Status | Current publishing state |
| Tags | Classification label |
| Owners | Displays the dashboard owner’s initials |
| Last Modified | Shows the last update time |
| Actions | - Edit – Modify dashboard properties. - Delete – Remove the dashboard. - Export/Share – Share the dashboard externally. |
4. Click + Dashboard to create a new Dashboard.

To view the existing Dashboard, perform the following steps:

1. Select **Software Insights**. The **Software Insights** page is displayed.

2. The Software Insights page displays AM_Procured License Report.
3. Click on the vertical ellipsis to view the Report options. For more information, refer to the following table:

| Report Menu Option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Force Refresh | Select **Force Refresh** option to refresh the report. |
| Enter Fullscreen | Select **Enter Fullscreen** to view the report in a full screen mode. |

| Share | Click Share and select the below option: - Copy permalink to clipboard - Share chart by email |
| Download | Download the Report to Excel or save as Image. |

## Access Reports from Charts

To Access Accessories by Store Report, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Reports** > **Asset Management**.
2. Click **Charts** on the top panel and select **Procured License Report** to view the report.

3. Report with edit option is displayed.
