# Product Price

You can configure the product price on the PRODUCT PRICE page to use it for calculation purpose while procuring goods and services.

To configure Product Price, perform the following steps:

2. On the ACTIONS panel of the PRODUCT PRICE page, select the Tenant and click SUBMIT to view the list of products configured for the selected Department.
3. Type in the amount under the **Unit Price** column.
4. Select the currency from the drop-down list under the **Currency** column.
5. Select the rule from the drop-down list under the Rule column. To know more about the rules, see the **ACTIONS** section below.
6. Click **SUBMIT**.

**ACTIONS**

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the PRODUCT PRICE page.

**EXPAND ALL**

Click EXPAND ALL to view and configure the unit price and currency of the products available under a product category.

**EXPORT TO EXCEL**

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records available on this page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

**VIEW RULE**

Click **VIEW RULE** to view the rules available in the Rules column. The mentioned rules become applicable when you procure services for the products available under the LIST section. The values mentioned on the VIEW RULE pop-up page become available in the PR and PO related to the service procurement of the products.
