# RCA Type

You can configure RCA Types for the selected Tenant. The RCA type is the type of RCA under which a RCA can be defined.

### **Configure RCA Type**

To configure RCA Type, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **Problem** > **Configuration** > **RCA Type**.

3. Click **Add New** or ![](https://cdn.document360.io/62351b42-cfbd-43ad-8ce1-82b8f455337f/Images/Documentation/add_new_icon(1).png) icon.
4. Specify the name for the RCA in the **RCA Name** text box and specify a numeric value in the **Sort Order** text box. 5. Click **Submit**. A new RCA Type is configured.

### Actions

This section explains all the icons displayed on the right-side panel of the **RCA Type** page.

#### **Show List**

Click **Show List** or ![](https://cdn.document360.io/62351b42-cfbd-43ad-8ce1-82b8f455337f/Images/Documentation/show_list_icon.png) to display the **LIST** table showing all the **RCA Type** values configured for the selected Department.

**RCA Type ID** column in the **LIST** table displays the ID associated with every configuration.

- To edit a RCA Type, select the **RCA Type**. Make appropriate changes and click **Submit**.
- To display the inactive RCA Types, click the **Include Inactive** checkbox.
