### Fixed Issue

The following is the fixed issue in this release.

| 183225 | Incidents that were created without **Customer** and **Location** values were not visible in reports due to access restrictions based on role and location mapping. | The access restriction rules were updated. Tickets with null **Location** and **Customer** values became accessible to **Report** **Viewers**, while access to other data continued to follow assigned **Location** and **Customer** permissions. |
