# Sign In

Sign in to the mobile app to securely access your tickets, service requests, and knowledge resources in one place. Stay connected and manage your requests anytime, anywhere.

To Sign In using the Mobile App, perform the following steps:

1. Open the **Mobile App**.

4. Enter the Username and Password.
5. Tap **Save Password** checkbox if you want the Application to remember your credentials.
6. Tap the Login button.
