# Survey

## What is Survey?

A **Survey** is a Customer Satisfaction Survey designed specifically for End Users. The responses gathered from these surveys serve as a valuable tool for assessing the quality of resolutions provided by Analysts. You can share your feedback on the surveys through the **SURVEY** page.

### To complete the Survey, perform the following steps:

1. Click **Request** > **User** > **Survey**. The **Survey List** page is displayed.

1. Click the desired Survey from the **Survey List**.
2. Complete the **CSAT Survey** to provide feedback on HR and IT policies and click **SUBMIT**.
