# Warranty Summary Report

The Warranty Summary Report displays a consolidated summary of fixed assets by warranty status such as Not Defined, Expired, 7 to 30 days and so on, with distinct color coding for each category. It enables quick visual identification of coverage levels across the asset inventory.

**Usage**

- Enables quick data comparison across categories
- Supports faster, informed decision-making
- Reduces the need for multiple reports or navigation

**Example**

Before the start of a new financial quarter, the IT team reviews the Warranty Summary Report to identify assets with warranties expiring in the next 7 to 30 days. They find several laptops and printers in this category and initiate renewal or replacement planning in advance to prevent coverage gaps, repair costs, and operational downtime. Timely action ensures continuous support and avoids unexpected expenses.

**Steps:**

To view the Warranty Summary Report, perform the following steps:

You can perform the following actions on the Report.

| **Icons** | **Action** |
| --- | --- |
| Force refresh | Ensures that **the most up-to-date values** are displayed. |
| Enter fullscreen | Displays the Report in full screen for better visibility and presentation. |
| View query | To view the actual query which is used to run the report. |

### Filters

Use the filters such as Tenant, Location or Data Range to the display the filtered data on the Report as per your requirement.
