# Workflow List

**Workflow List** displays a comprehensive list of all available workflows within a service automation system. This view allows users to have a holistic overview of all workflows and easily access and manage them within the system.

To view Workflow List, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to **SA** > **Workflows** > **Workflow List**.
2. Workflow List page is displayed with all the records.

**Status Count**

The workflow list page features three key indicators at the top, providing a quick overview of the workflow statuses.

The **Total** button shows the total number of workflows. The **Success** button indicates the number of successfully executed workflows. The **Failure** button reflects the number of failed workflows.

The respective records are displayed on the list page after clicking each status button.

## Actions

| Action Name | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Filters | Allows administrators to narrow down workflows based on criteria such as status, trigger event, module, tenant, or creator, helping quickly locate relevant workflows. |
| Configure Columns | Enables customization of the workflow list view by showing or hiding columns, allowing administrators to focus on the most relevant workflow attributes. |
| Add New | Opens the workflow designer to create a new workflow and define its trigger, module, and execution logic. |
| Export to Excel | Exports the currently displayed workflows (based on applied filters) into an Excel file for reporting or offline review. |
| Export All to Excel | Exports all workflows in the system to an Excel file, regardless of filters, supporting audits and comprehensive reporting. |
| Export to JSON | Exports selected or visible workflows in JSON format, enabling backup, reuse, or migration between environments. |
| Export All to JSON | Exports all workflow definitions to JSON format for full environment migration, replication, or backup purposes. |
