# Automation Performance

Automation Performance report offers comprehensive insights into automation performance, including completion rates, total skills and request volumes. By analyzing these metrics, users can assess automation success, adoption rates and overall capabilities.

**Navigation - Reports Menu**

1. Navigate to **Service Automation** > **User** > **Service Automation**.
2. Click the hamburger icon from the left panel, to expand the **MENU**.

**View Automation Performance Report**

To view the Automation Performance Report in Service Automation application, perform the following steps:

2. View and examine the details displayed in the report. For more information on columns, refer to the **Field Description** table below.

**Field Description**

This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions available on the Automation Performance report page:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Workflow Name | Displays the name of the Workflow considered for the performance analysis. |
| Module | Displays the Module name which is the trigger point for the Workflow. Example: Incident Management, Service Request, Work Order etc |
| Ticket Count | Represents the number of Incident/SR/WO attached to the Workflow. |
| Total Skills | Represents the total number of skills executed in the Workflow. |
| Success Skills | Represents the number of skills executed successfully with respect to total skills. |
| Failure Skills | Represents the number of skills that encountered failure with respect to total skills. |
| Success % | Represents the value of Success Skills/ Total Skills *100. |

**Actions**

Let’s understand each action button present on the Automation Performance report page in detail.
