# Other Enhancements

Previously, the **Service Catalog** field was mandatory in **Workflow Configuration** for **Service Request (SR)** Module. Each Service Catalog required a separate Workflow, even for identical use cases.

Now, the Service Catalog is optional in Workflow Configuration, allowing a single Workflow to be used across different Service Catalogs. Either **Service Catalog** or **Conditions** must be configured to create a Workflow for **Service** **Request** module.
