# Average SLA time by Location

The **Average SLA Time by Location** report measures the actual average business time taken to respond to and resolve incidents at each location, utilizing the Average Response Elapsed Time and Average Resolution Elapsed Time metrics to provide insight into service efficiency across different sites.
