## Fixed Issues

The following are the issues fixed in Crescendo 6.3.1.2 Patch 41.

| 189564 | The SR workflow displayed incorrect approver names: The **Approval Timeline** showed approvers configured under **Others**, regardless of the **Department** selected while creating the SR. However, approval notification emails were sent to the correct approvers. | The **Approval Timeline** displays approvers based on the selected **Department** instead of defaulting to the **Others** configuration. |
