This format consists of a 13-digit number, where the first three digits are the Bookland prefix (usually 978 or 979), followed by the group identifier, publisher code, item number, and a check digit. The barcode facilitates easy and accurate identification and inventory management. **QR code (Quick Response code)** is a type of two-dimensional barcode that can store a large amount of information, typically in the form of alphanumeric text. Unlike traditional barcodes, which are one-dimensional and can only store data horizontally, QR codes can store data both horizontally and vertically. This allows them to hold significantly more information.
