# Pre-Login

The Pre-Login page is used to get configured Apex web app URL based on the email address entered by the user. The Pre-Login page is displayed only once, and its data is cached, when the Apex Mobile is reopened, the user is directed directly to the login page. User can clear the Pre-Login data cache if needed.

**User Persona** - End User

You can log in to the Apex Mobile using the following mobile app platforms on the Pre-Login page.

### Android Login

You can login to the Apex Mobile on your Android mobile app for quick access to mobile features, making your experience faster and easier.

To login. use the following roles on the Apex Mobile’s Pre-Login page:

2. [Technician](/summit-platform/docs/pre-login#technician)

### User

The User option allows you access to the production instance.

To login to the Android mobile app as a User, perform the following steps:

1. 2. Select the User option from the list and enter valid **Email ID**.
3. Click **Submit**. The login page of the Apex Mobile is displayed.

4. Enter valid credentials and click **Login** to access the Apex Mobile.

### Technician

You can select the Technician option to access the production instance, as well as the staging or UAT instances, if they are configured.

To log in to the Android app as a Technician, perform the following steps:

3. Select the **Technician** option from the list.
4. Enter the valid **Email ID** and click **Submit**. 5. Enter valid credentials and click **Login** to access the Apex Mobile.

You can login to the Apex Mobile on your iOS mobile app for quick access to mobile features, making your experience faster and easier.

2. Enter your valid **Email ID** and click **Submit**. The **Login** page of Apex Mobile is displayed.
