It allows for instant evaluation of portal functionality, usability, and appearance across various devices such as Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile. When you click the **Consume**r button, you can get the exact look and feel experienced by consumers. To **Preview** the portal, perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to **Service Portal** > **Service Portal Details** > **Preview**. 2. By using this feature, Application Designer ensures that pages and widgets are only visible to end-users when ready for use. Publish the portal To **Publish** the **Service Portal**, perform the following steps: | Sl. no | Design Phase | Published Phase | Maintenance Phase | Retired Phase | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | Changes can be made to the component. | Changes cannot be made to the component. | Changes can be made to the component. | Changes cannot be made to the component. | | 2 | Controls in an editable state. | Controls in a read-only state. | Controls in an editable state. | Control in read-only mode. | | 3 | Save or Submit buttons can be enabled. | Save and Submit button cannot be enabled. | Save and Submit button cannot be enabled. | Save and Submit button cannot be enabled. | | 4 | Next or Previous button can be enabled. | Next or Previous button can be enabled. | Next or Previous button can be enabled. | Next or Previous button can be enabled. | The following are the Portals published for various User Personas. 1. Navigate to **Service Portal** > **Service Portal Details** > **Publish**. 2.
