Article summary

Connectors are components or modules that facilitate communication between the AIW platform and external systems, applications, or databases. Connectors serve as bridges, Connectors enable secure access to business applications. Each connector includes authentication methods, triggers, and actions tailored to its target application. Connectors enable secure access to business applications. Each connector includes authentication methods, triggers, and actions tailored to its target application.

Connections are reusable, allowing multiple recipes to share the same connection. When building a recipe, the first step is to establish a connection between Integration Hub and the target application.

Each connection is linked to a specific app instance, such as a user account, and can be reused across multiple recipes.

This version improves readability, removes redundancy, and maintains a clear, professional tone.

Key Functions of Connectors:

  • Data Integration: Connectors allow seamless data exchange between systems.

  • Automation: They help automate workflows by enabling one system to trigger actions in another.

  • Transformation: Some connectors support data transformation, converting data formats between systems.

  • Error Handling: Provide mechanisms to handle errors in communication or data processing.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Offer visibility into data flows and system health.

To view the Custom connectors details, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Integration Hub > Connectors. The Community Library page is displayed.

The Community Library in an integration platform serves as a centralized hub where users can access pre-built resources like recipes (automation workflows) and custom connectors. It helps organizations and individuals streamline their integration efforts by leveraging community-driven solutions instead of building everything from scratch.

The left tab features displaying various CATEGORIES. The CATEGORIES represent various classifications of connectors or Recipes available in the Work. These categories navigate and filter specific connectors or workflows based on their functional area or use case.

The Connectors page includes a Community Library section with two tabs:

  • Recipes tab

  • Community library tab

The different types of categories are such as AI/Machine Learning, Collaboration, Databases, Developer, etc.

On selecting the category AI/Machine Learning category, the system displays apps and connectors specifically related to AI and machine learning. These may include tools for automating AI workflows, integrating machine learning models, or managing data-driven processes.

when you select a category, the connectors created and maintained by are displayed. It consists of details and source code tabs.
