In NovaTech the current process for accessing leave balance and used leaves is fragmented. Employees typically need to log in to the portal, navigate to multiple sections, and manually check the details about their leave balance (Sick Leave, Vacation Leave), and used leave days.

This can cause delays in accessing information, frustrating employees and hindering time-off planning.

Furthermore, it is not an intuitive or fast way for employees to quickly access both their remaining leave balance and leave usage data in a user-friendly format.

It causes delays, high administrative effort, and limited tracking, leading to inefficiencies and communication gaps.

To address this requirement, AIW allows employees to directly access both their leave balance and used leave data with minimal intervention.

AIW retrieves and present this information instantly in response to a simple query from the employee.

It provides accurate and up-to-date leave details without requiring employees to navigate through multiple portal or tabs.

To utilize Chat component of AIW, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the AIW hub as an End User. AIW chat window is available to start with. A sample screenshot is shown below:

  2. Click chat icon to start the conversation.

Welcome Message

End User receive a welcome message designed to introduce them to the AIW Console and guide them on how to interact effectively. A sample screenshot is shown below:

AIW Chat Response Area displays AI-generated replies in real-time based on End User’s queries.
