Agentic AI Flow refers to the process or pipeline through which action-oriented AI systems operate, enabling autonomous decision-making and execution. This flow integrates multiple components, including AI Agents, Enterprise Search, and Predictive Intelligence, to achieve seamless and intelligent automation.

Integration Hub

The Integration Hub bridges AI workflows and enterprise systems, enabling seamless connectivity and efficient collaboration. Provides ready-to-use connectors for commonly used applications, reducing setup time. It ensures real-time or scheduled data exchange between connected systems.

Service Automation

Service Automation in AIW streamlines operations, driving efficiency and productivity with faster, smarter workflows. Build and deploy multi-step workflows easily.

Use Case I - To simplify HR automated tasks

Step-1: Intent Identification by detecting employee’s query. Validates input parameters before proceeding such as Employee’s authentication to access HR data. Triggers the appropriate tool or agent to execute the action (to retrieve the required information) seamlessly.

Step-2: Connects to the Sync HR application. Fetches the leave balance or any other required information for the specified employee. Returns the information to Agentic AI Studio.

Use Case II - To enhance IT operations for efficiency and agility

Step 1: Agentic AI Studio understands the user’s request and determines the required action. It validates input parameters for security and accuracy before triggering the appropriate tool or agent. Finally, it ensures smooth processing, retrieving, and delivering information efficiently.

Step 2: Connects with IT and HR systems to retrieve the necessary data based on user requests. It gathers and validates information such as authentication details and access permissions, ensuring accuracy and security. Step-1: Intent Identification by detecting employee’s request for Share Point Access. Validates input parameters before proceeding such as Share Point Site or Folder name. Triggers the appropriate tool or agent to execute the action (to provide Share Point Access).

Understanding User’s Intent - Agentic AI uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand the user’s intent.

For example, when an employee asks, "What is my leave balance?", Agentic AI processes the question, understands the intent, and triggers the appropriate actions to retrieve the necessary data.

Role of Integration Hub

The Integration Hub serves as the connection between Agentic AI and Sync HR’s backend system. The leave balance Recipe is fetched through the Integration Hub, making the entire process seamless and automated.

There is a need for an automated, streamlined solution that enables employees to request access to SharePoint quickly and easily, while ensuring proper validation, security, and approval workflows.

The solution should minimize manual effort, guarantee correct access permissions, and deliver a smooth experience for both employees and IT administrators.

Challenges to be addressed:

  • Manual Request Submission Process: Employees often need to submit access requests via email or IT tickets, leading to delays, confusion, and lack of clear tracking.

  • Complex and Time-Consuming Approval Processes: Manual validation of roles and permissions in the approval process can introduce errors, delays, and inefficiencies, especially when multiple approvals are required.

  • Delayed Response and Processing Time: Employees may experience delays in getting access due to inefficient or overloaded approval processes.

To provide an automated solution to provide access request and approval process for Share Point, create Agentic AI Workflows and automate it using Service Automation component of AIW.

The Agentic AI Studio ensures that the correct and the required information to raise the Share Point Access request is collected. Based on the collected information the Share Point Access request is accurately logged into the system for subsequent processing.
