Workspace Mapping allows administrators to assign users to specific workspaces and sub-workspaces, ensuring organized access and efficient management. It provides an interface for assigning users to specific workspaces and sub-workspaces. This feature enhances role-based access, ensuring users interact with relevant environments.

A Workspaceis a virtual environment where users collaborate, and access assigned resources. A Sub Workspace is a division within a workspace that enables further categorization of tasks and user roles.

Configure Workspace Mapping

To configure Workspace Mapping, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the AIW application. 

  2. Select Settings (gear icon) on the top panel.

  3. Click arrow and expand the options of User Management and select Workspace Mapping.

    The assigned Workspace and Sub Workspace are auto populated.
