To use the Symphony AI Copilot Agent on MS Teams, the Customer must submit the registration form to register their organization and domain details. Once the Registration Form is submitted the users from that domain can install the App from store and use it on the Microsoft Teams.
Copilot Agent Onboarding Registration
This onboarding process involves entering the details on the Registration form and submitting. The process will validate the user’s organization and domain details.
To sign-up on the Copilot Agent registration form, perform the following steps:
Click on the Registration Form to sign up.
Registration Form is displayed.Enter Email ID to verify the identity as an user of the organization and click Continue.
Ensure that the Email ID is registered with the organization and must be able to use MS Teams.Figure: User Verification
An OTP is sent to the mentioned Email ID.
You will receive the OTP to your mailbox.Enter OTP and click Continue to proceed with the registration process.
This verifies that the entered Email ID is authentic.Figure: OTP Verification
Enter Personal Details, for the first time the fields are blank.
If the user is already registered then the details are auto populated based on the previous entries.Figure: Personal Details Registration Page

Country
Select Country from the dropdown that you reside.
First Name
Enter your First Name.
Last Name
Enter your Last Name.
Company
Enter the Company Name to which you are registered.
Business Phone
Enter your Business Phone Number.
Department
Enter Department name, this field value provide details about your work area.
Example: Product Management, Development, Leadership etc.Click Continue to proceed with the registration.
Enter user Domain details that validate against the organization.

Domain
Enter Domain name. This is the primary domain associated with your Azure Active Directory tenant. It is often your organization’s verified domain name.
Example: acme.comTenant ID
Enter a valid Tenant ID, from the Microsoft Entra ID.
A unique GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) that identifies your Azure AD tenant. It is used to authorize access within the tenant’s scope.
Example: 01234567-xxxx-1234-xxxx-0123456789xx
Client ID
Enter a valid Client ID. Also known as the Application ID, this is a unique identifier for the registered application in Azure AD.
Example: xxxxxxx01-0123-0123-xxxx-xx0123456789
Client Secret
Enter Client Secret. A confidential string used by the app to prove its identity when requesting tokens. Must be securely stored and treated like a password.
Example: “VeryLongRandomStringValueHere!@#012...”Enter app instance details in the registration form.

App URL
Enter App URL it is a platform base URL used to construct redirection links, to view a ticket or to create an SR.
Example: https://app.acme.com
App base URL
Enter App base URL for backend API endpoints.
Example: https://api.acme.com/v1
API Key
Enter an API Key, this is an Authentication key used to access the APIs securely.
Example: xx_xxx01xxxxx456
Environment
Select an Environment for deployment stage which is an environment identifier.
Example: Staging, Production
Click Next to complete the Registration.
