General page allows you to personalize and brand your Service Automation application. It provides options to update your organization’s logo, icon, and title, ensuring that your application reflects your organization's identity.
Key Features
Organization Logo: Customize the main logo that appears throughout the application. Upload your organization's official logo to reinforce branding and maintain consistency across user interfaces.
Organization Icon: Set up your organization’s icon that displays in the browser tab. This small icon enhances your organization’s visibility and improves user experience by helping users quickly identify your application.
Organization Title: Define the title of your application as it appears in the browser window and navigation bar. This title helps users easily recognize your application and provides a professional touch.
Navigation
To view the main Service Automation application page, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Admin > Advanced > Automation > Orchestration.
OR
Navigate to Orchestration > User >Orchestration.
Click the left hamburger icon to access all the options from the MENU.

View General
To view the General option, perform the following steps:
Click the Settings icon next to the user profile name at the top right corner.

Check and select General option from the left menu.

Configure General settings
To configure General settings, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Application Settings > General.
On the General details page, upload the desired files for Organization Logo and Icon.
Note
Organization Logo image width should be less than 242px and height should be less than 48px.
Organization Icon image width should be less than 48px and height should be less than 48px.
Enter the desired Organization Title in the text field and click Save to save the details.
