Reports menu provides a comprehensive and centralized interface for accessing and analyzing execution data from your workflows. This feature is designed to enhance your ability to monitor, review, and share critical performance metrics and insights, ultimately supporting better decision-making and process optimization.
This section is your go-to area for detailed execution reports, offering an organized and efficient way to track the performance of your workflows. The primary sub-page under Reports is Executions, which provides an in-depth look at how your workflows are performing.
Executions page focuses on providing detailed insights into the execution of your workflows. It allows you to view comprehensive reports on workflow activities, analyze execution patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your processes.
Key Features:
1. View
Comprehensive Execution List: Displays detailed execution records with columns for Ticket/Reference ID, Workflow Name, Status, Start and End Dates, Skill Name, Skill Version, Skill Status, and Skill Start Date.
Detailed Insights: Provides a clear view of each execution’s lifecycle and performance metrics.
2. Export
Export to Excel: Allows you to download the records visible on the current page into an Excel file for offline review.
Export All to Excel: Enables you to export all available records into a single Excel file, facilitating comprehensive analysis.
3. Filters
Predefined Filters: Easily filter execution records by Ticket/Reference ID, Workflow Name, Status, Category, and Module.
Custom Filters: Create and apply custom filters to refine your search according to specific needs.
Save/Update Filters: Save frequently used filters or update existing ones for quick access to relevant data.
4. Period
Time Period Selection: Search records from predefined time ranges such as the last 1 hour, 2 hours, up to 16 hours.
Date Period Selection: Filter records by predefined date ranges like the last 1 day, 2 days, up to the last month.
Custom Date Range: Use calendar selectors to specify a custom start and end date for tailored searches.
