Product Experience and Telemetry Consent
Product experience is the overall user impression and interaction with a software product or service, covering all touchpoints from the initial encounter to ongoing usage and support.
Telemetry refers to the automated collections and transmission of data about a product’s performance, usage, and errors to a remote server for analysis.
Telemetry data is valuable for developers and product teams as it provides insights into how users interact with the software, identifies potential issues and informs future improvements.
Telemetry Consent involves obtaining permission from users before collecting and transmitting telemetry data from their devices. It is an essential aspect of respecting user privacy and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Integration
As soon as the user logs in to the Summit Service Automation application for the very first time, a Product Experience and Telemetry Consent pop-up is displayed.
A user's consent to allow the collection of information about their interactions with a product or application is referred to as Telemetry Consent. Telemetry data frequently contains details about how a product is utilized, any failures or problems that arise, and other pertinent usage information.
Receiving telemetry consent denotes that users have consented to provide this information, frequently in order to enhance the product, solve issues, or learn more about user behavior.
