Article summary

Execution history is a record of tickets that are linked and executed and are displayed in a list format. It displays the execution status (whether successful or failure) and also allows the filter of records using a period filter.

On the Execution History List page, the tickets can be filtered for a particular time period by selecting the desired timeline from the Period filter option.

  • Provides a consolidated view of all tickets in different states spread across different timelines.
  • The List page is a one-stop solution for analyzing all the tickets and workflows, saving time by not having to navigate to multiple pages.
Note:
By default, the last 1 day of record (from yesterday to current time) is displayed. Use the period filter to change the dates and access records as per your requirements.
