Feature Improvements

In this release, we've made several enhancements to improve your experience and provide even more powerful features. Here's a quick overview of what's new:

1. API and Plugin information of ITSM connectors

ITSM Configurations page displays the details of the applications that can be integrated with Service Automation. You can find JIRA application integration and Summit APEX platform application from this release.

Follow the below-displayed steps to perform integration with JIRA application:

2. Enhancements in Execution History

Execution History page captures and displays all the skills linked to the particular workflows in a tabular format below the selected row.  

Users can utilize the arrow (expand) accordion drop-down or click on any column value to access the skill list. The skill list automatically refreshes, displaying the latest details when the Workflow status is New or In Progress.

There are certain options available for the following scenarios:

Action	Scenario
Re-run	This option will be visible if the workflow status is success or failure.
View more details	This option will be visible if the output length exceeds fifty characters.
Download	This option will be visible if the output length exceeds fifty characters. Use this option to download the skills output.

3. Enhancements in Live Feed 

The following changes are made in Live feed segment:

• The Live feed is auto-enabled
• Executions displays the list of scripts as per the execution order of the ticket
• Filter conditions are displayed in a collapsible panel including the configured conditions (more than one)

4. Enhancements in Skill Configurations

Relationship tab is introduced on the Skill Configurations page to enable users to view the workflows created using the particular skill. This improves user experience and provides more insight into connection between the workflows and skills.

Upon selecting the workflow hyperlink, you are directed to the Workflow Designer page, where you can drill down deeper for additional information.

5. Enhancements in Field Order Configuration

A new Response Mapping column is introduced to map API response to valid text and value.
