License Configuration
License Key is a unique code or string of characters that is used to verify the legitimacy and authenticity of software or digital products. It is encrypted and acts as a digital signature that grants a user the right to access and use the Service Automation Application.
The following infographics summarize what’s new in this License Configuration.

Navigation
To view the main Service Automation application page, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Admin > Advanced > Automation > Orchestration.
OR
Navigate to Orchestration > User >Orchestration.
Click the left hamburger icon to access all the options from the MENU.

View License
To view License option, perform the following steps:
Click the Settings icon next to the user profile name at the top right corner.

Check and select the License option from the left menu.

License Configuration
To check license configuration, perform the following steps:
Navigate to App Settings > License.
License configuration page is displayed.

The following table provides details on fields and their descriptions present on License page:
Field | Description |

License Key * | Unique key with alphanumeric characters which is specifically generated and validates the number of executions.

License Details | |
Start Date (YYYY-MM-DD) | The date when the license becomes active. This is the beginning of the validity period for the license. |
End Date (YYYY-MM-DD) | The date when the license expires. After this date, the license will no longer be valid unless renewed. |
Purchased Count | The total number of licenses that have been purchased. This reflects the quantity of licenses bought by the organization or user. |
Consumed Count | The number of licenses that have been activated or used. This shows how many of the purchased licenses are currently in use. |
Available Count | The number of licenses that are still available for use. This is calculated by subtracting the Consumed Count from the Purchased Count. |
Usage Percentage | The percentage of the purchased licenses that have been consumed. This is calculated by dividing the Consumed Count by the Purchased Count and multiplying by 100. |
License History Icon | Displays the entire history of updates of license keys with timestamp and other details. Figure: License History pop-up |
