Previously, the Service Catalog field was mandatory in Workflow Configuration for Service Request (SR) Module. Each Service Catalog required a separate Workflow, even for identical use cases. Now, the Service Catalog is optional in Workflow Configuration, allowing a single Workflow to be used across different Service Catalogs. Either Service Catalog or Conditions must be configured to create a Workflow for Service Request module.
