Workflow by Category

Workflow by Category refers to organizing and managing workflows based on specific categories or types of tasks within a system or application. In service automation, this approach helps in structuring and streamlining processes to ensure efficiency and clarity.
Navigation
To view the main Service Automation application page, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Admin > Advanced > Automation > Orchestration.
OR
Navigate to Orchestration > User >Orchestration.
Click the left hamburger icon to access all the options from the MENU.

View Workflow by Category
To view Workflow by Category, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Workflows > Manage Workflows > Workflow by Category.

Workflow by Category page is displayed with all the records.

Filter Options
Filter records by the following options:

Figure: Tenant option
Figure: Trigger Event option
Note
On selecting Work Order option in Module filter, Work Order source options are unlocked.
Filter by category and Custom Filter
Click the filter icon to access category filter. All the categories created by the user will be listed under the categories. These filters can be used in tandem with other filters.
Custom filters: The workflow category filter allows the user to save the filter selection as a custom filter that can be loaded for repeated use.

Category grid
Clicking the workflow name hyperlink in the category grid displays a workflow list page, allowing you to further drill down into the workflow details.

Views
You can view the Workflow by Category grid in two ways:
Tile View
