The Analyst serves as the operational specialist in asset inventory and reconciliation, handling day-to-day data entry, discovery, and variance resolution to maintain accurate IT and non-IT asset records across locations, stores, and floors. They process newly discovered assets via scanning and mapping, verify physical inventories through uploads and status updates, and investigate hardware/software discrepancies to baseline or correct mismatches before approvals. Utilizing tools like filters, exports to Excel, and normalization mappings, they standardize raw data for compliance and reporting, ensuring seamless integration with procurement, allocations, and audits. By proactively reconciling variances and configuring masters for categories and fields, they minimize discrepancies and support efficient asset lifecycles. Ultimately, the Analyst drives inventory accuracy and audit readiness in a dynamic, high-volume environment, bridging raw discovery with actionable insights for the broader team.
