Approver

The Approver is typically a manager, team lead, or designated decision-maker responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting service requests submitted by employees. These requests can include IT service demands, access permissions, procurement requests, or other business-related needs. The Approver persona leverages Copilot Assistant to efficiently review, approve, or reject service requests with less administrative overhead, more context, and improved confidence resulting in a faster, more reliable approval process.

As an Approver you can perform actions as follows:

• Retrieve List of Approvals which is assigned to you

• Approve Service Requests

• Reject Service Requests
