Asset End User Portal Dashboard serves as a user-friendly interface for ITAM Analysts to access and manage the End User's assigned assets efficiently. This dashboard serves as a central hub for managing and tracking the assigned assets effectively.

View Asset End User Portal Dashboard

To view the Asset End User Portal Dashboard, perform the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Asset Management and select the Role as ITAM Analyst. Click Proceed.
2.  From the Dashboard icon at the right, select Asset End User Portal.

List

The top list bar provides a summary of numerical data related to various records, including Pending Acceptance, Assets Accepted by Me, Reconciliation Pending Acceptance, and Assets Pending for Return, offering a quick overview of key metrics.

My Assets

This segment provides a comprehensive list of assets currently assigned to you. Access detailed information about assets including Asset Code, Serial Number, Allocation Acceptance Status, Hostname, IP Address, and Allocation Date. Complete details about each asset can be drilled down, by clicking the particular Asset Code count hyperlink.
Upon clicking the Asset Code count hyperlink, the Panel details of the asset are displayed.

My Assets pending for Reconciliation

This section contains information related to Asset Reconciliation. This process is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset data within an organization.
This segment provides a list of all assets pending for reconciliation action, covering details such as Asset ID, Asset Code, Serial Number, Allocation Acceptance Status, Host Name, Model, and Created By.
