Asset Reusability feature focuses on optimizing resource utilization by promoting the reuse of assets. Instead of procuring new assets unnecessarily, users can search for and identify existing assets that meet their requirements.
This feature is particularly beneficial for cost savings and efficient allocation of resources. This allows the users to utilize assets for temporary usage or allocation.
To configure the user delegation option for My Asset List page, perform the following steps:
Log in to Application. On the application landing page, on the Quick Action bar, click the Delegate icon.

To view the respective assets of the delegated role, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Asset > User > Manage Assets > My Asset List.
In the FILTERS pop-up, select the View Assets of My Reportees/Delegated Users check box. Select the desired Reportees or Delegated Users from Reportees/Delegated Users option and click SUBMIT as shown below. My Asset List page displays the list of records based on selected criteria.
Select the desired asset and click REUSABILITY option from the ACTIONS panel.
On the UPDATE REUSABILITY pop-up, enter the required details and click REVOKE or SUBMIT based on the requirement.
