An Email Bulletin will typically include a subject and email body format. These are pre-defined spaces as defined in the template that are allotted for Bulletin Header, Image, Message and Footer. According to the selected Bulletin Template and Medium templates are displayed.
To configure for Template for Email medium, Perform the following steps:
Select Email.
Email template is displayed.Figure: Add Bulletin
Enter the details in provided Bulletin elements.

Description
Subject
HR Corporate Up..
Mentions the name of the Bulletin template that was used in the General step.
HR Corporate Updates
Specifies the subject of the Bulletin
Email Body
Bulletin Header: Enter the Header details.
Bulletin Image: Click on upload icon to add Image and click Save to retain the selected image or click Cancel to delete the uploaded image.
Note
After uploading the Image, on hovering over it, two icons are depicts. One is Preview and other is Delete.

Bulletin Footer: Enter the Footer details.
Click Preview to view the Email Bulletin.

If there is no other medium to select, click Next to continue the configuration. This action will navigate to Publish stepper where the Bulletin is published.
