Use Case	Solution
An end-user of ACME solutions wants to be informed about any upcoming scheduled maintenance or downtime on their web application so that they can plan activities accordingly and minimize disruption to workflow.	Sam the Application Designer, uses the pre configured web app template and writes up the Bulletin message in the element about the maintenance activity and publishes on the web portal for the set of users whose workflow is affected.
