In the Conditions Tab, choose to Run the rule Based on Condition > click Add Filter Set. 

Here we will define the condition based on which the business rule will trigger. 

The condition we will specify here is that the Description contains keywords such as "Microsoft," "Azure," "Office 365,". 

Add the Condition and click Next.

Dynamic URL

To configure a Business Rule Designer to make Dynamic API calls with a Dynamic URL involves setting up a rule that integrates API endpoints and incorporates variable data for the URL.

To configure Dynamic URL in Business Rule Designer, perform the following steps:  

1. Navigate to Design Studio > Module > Business Rule Designer. 

2. Click New

3. Enter the required values in the General step. 

4. Navigate to Frequency and set the desired frequencies. 

5. Navigate to the Condition step and enter details required details.
The Condition step is displayed:

6. Navigate to Actions > Call API

7. Click Add API

8. Fill in the required fields and click Get Response. The following response is generated.

9. The URL Params tab can be used to specify the ID and its source. This ID is the one that is added in API Configuration.

10. Click Save. Go to Next and Publish
