Capacity Record List

The Capacity Record List is the central view in the Service Quality module of SLA Management, where users can manage and track all existing Capacity Records related to service performance, resource planning, and business-driven capacity changes.

You can view the Capacity Record in the following formats:

Tabular View

Displays capacity records in a tabular layout with sortable columns ( Record ID, Created Date, Description, Service Name, Activities).

Field	Description
ID	Click ID to view the configured Capacity Record. These are clickable hyperlinks that opens the Record in the same window.
Created Date	Displays when the Capacity Record was created.
Description	Displays the Description for each of Record.
Service Name	Displays the Service Name configured on the Capacity Record
Activities	Displays the Activities which is configured in the Record.

Tile View

To view the same in a Tile View click tile icon.

Create Capacity Record

You can create a new record from the Record List page, click + Add New on the actions panel to create a record.
