Change Request Analytics Board

Change Record (CR) Dashboards provide consolidated data related to all the change records that are open, in progress, and resolved. They also provide a visual representation of key metrics and information related to change records within an organization. The number of upcoming changes can also be tracked on the dashboard. 

The dashboards provide multiple integrated reports that let you filter data according to your organization's needs. 

Change Request Analytics Board

You may see an overview of all the change records that have been created by using the Change Request Overview Dashboard. It's a dashboard featuring several charts, including pie and bar charts, and numerical data. 

To view the Change Request Overview Dashboard, perform the following steps,

  1.  Navigate to Service Management > Reports.
  2. Select Dashboards. Select the module as Change.
    The available dashboards are displayed.

  3. Click Change Request Overview Dashboard to open and view the dashboard. You can select from the various filters such as tenant, status, workgroup, priority, requestor location, category, analyst, and date.

The following table explains the reports available in the dashboard.

Metric dashboardDisplays the count of open changes, changes on hold, high-risk changes, emergency changes, awaiting approval, rolled back changes, critical changes, unassigned changes, successful changes for the current month, and delayed changes.

Open Changes by Priority Displays the count of open change records by their priority. The color legend is
Open Changes by Change typeDisplays the count of open change requests by the change types. The different types of changes are emergency, normal, retrospective change and standard. The color legend is
Open Changes by Status Displays the count of open changes requests by status. The color legend is
Change Success Report Displays the count of completed change requests. 
Top 10 Workgroups by Number of ChangesDisplays the count of change requests worked by top 10 workgroups. The color legend is
Top 10 Analysts by Number of ChangesDisplays the count of implemented and closed change requests by the top 10 analysts. The color legend is
Top 10 Change Categories by PriorityDisplays the count of change requests of the top 10 categories with their priorities.

Closed changes vs Successful changesDisplays the count of closed change requests and successful change requests. The color legend is
On Time vs Delayed ImplementationDisplays the count of change requests implemented on time or there was a delay in implementation. The color legend is
