ACME Consulting Services is a large IT company that wants to make a huge change in its IT infrastructure. By adding new systems and decommissioning old systems. They realized that implementing such a substantial change would be a complex undertaking, as it would impact not only the software but also the servers, databases, and various interconnected systems.  In order to make this change smooth and efficient, Administrator can configure the Change management module. The different types of Changes such as Standard, Normal, and Emergency can be defined. Various impacts, priorities, risk assessments, and urgency can be set for different types of changes.

Change approvers can be configured, and a change workflow can be established.

With the help of the change management module, ACME may manage change requests effectively and with less human work.
