Use Graphical widgets to visualize and interact with data!
Graphical widgets enable users to visualize the data in multiple styles and identify specific trends and patterns over time.
Users can configure the chart appearance, present real-time data in the form of line, pie and bar graphs and analyze the data from the Service Portal screen.
Types of Graphical Widgets
We can divide Graphical widgets based on different visual representations as shown in the illustration. Refer to the interactive Table for more information about various examples of Graphical widgets.
Table
The following table contains a brief description of the types of Graphical widgets.

1 | Line graph | A graph that displays trends and patterns of continuous data over a time period. |
2 | Pie graph | A graph that illustrates the proportion of data with each slice of pie representing a different category. |
3 | Bar graph | A graph that shows the distribution and comparison of categorical data over a time period. |
To improve data interpretation, various portal provides specific visual insights using Line, Pie, and Bar graphs grouped by days, weeks, months, and years for better readability and analysis.
End User portal:
- The graphs displays the number of Incident Resolved Count displayed on a weekly basis.
- Provides a clear view of the resolution trends over the course of each week, helping users monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Analyst portal:
- Open Incident count is displayed on a monthly basis.
- This feature allows analysts to view the volume and pattern of unresolved incidents, enabling better planning and prioritization.
Executive portal:
- Tracks performance using monthly MTTR Bar, Line, and Pie graphs.
- Displays MTTR trend.
